NEATVIBECO - TERMS OF PURCHASE
Effective Date: July 3, 2026
These Terms of Purchase (“Agreement”) govern all purchases made by you (the “Customer”) on the website https://neatvibeco.com (the “Site”). By placing an order for home cleaning, garden utensils, or any lifestyle essentials from NeatVibeCo, you agree to be bound by and accept these terms.
All commercial transactions, invoicing, credit processing, and corporate operations executed on this website are legally owned and managed by our parental corporate entity: BESKITS CLEANING PRODUCTS LIMITED, a company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong.

1. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND PRICING

- Order Receipt: Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute a binding offer to sell. NeatVibeCo reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any valid commercial reason.
- Pricing Corrections: All prices displayed on our Site are shown in United States Dollars (USD) and exclude local taxes, customs duties, or shipping fees unless explicitly stated otherwise. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, NeatVibeCo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue an immediate credit back via our gateway networks (such as AXON).

2. PAYMENT SECURITY AND SETTLEMENT

- Payment Methods: We support secure payments via credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB) and digital mobile wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay).
- Encryption: All checkouts are secured using standard 128-bit SSL encryption layer protocols. Financial data is routed securely through encrypted processing networks (such as AXON Gateway). NeatVibeCo does not store or view your full credit card credentials or CVV digits.
- Charge Authorization: By submitting an order, you authorize BESKITS CLEANING PRODUCTS LIMITED to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order (including any applicable shipping fees).

3. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND TITLE TRANSFER

- Fulfillment: Orders are processed within 2-4 business days and shipped directly from our premium manufacturing partners or global supply chains to reduce traditional markups.
- Transfer of Title: The risk of loss and legal title for all merchandise ordered by you passes to you (the Customer) immediately upon our delivery of the package to the commercial shipping carrier.
- Delivery Failure: NeatVibeCo is not responsible for shipment delays or failed deliveries caused by carrier bottlenecks, severe weather anomalies, local customs inspections, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the Customer.

4. REJECTIONS AND CHARGEBACK DISPUTES

- Fraud Prevention: To prevent friendly fraud and unauthorized credit transactions, NeatVibeCo utilizes automated risk analysis filters. We reserve the right to flag and cancel any order that appears suspicious or high-risk.
- Dispute Resolution: Before filing a formal chargeback dispute with your credit card company or banking institution, you agree to contact our customer care center at support@neatvibeco.com to attempt a good-faith resolution. Most shipping delays, damaged goods, or billing anomalies can be resolved immediately via a free replacement or standard refund under our Return Policy.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall NeatVibeCo or its parent entity, BESKITS CLEANING PRODUCTS LIMITED, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use, or performance of any products bought from this Site. Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any product purchased shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by you for that specific item.

6. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement, including all purchase contracts and billing settlements resulting from orders placed on this Site, shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms of Purchase must be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located in Hong Kong.
