Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We begin processing orders rapidly to ensure the fastest delivery times possible. If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please email us at support@neatvibeco.com within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order enters the official processing stage with our fulfillment hubs, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.

Q: Do your products come with a warranty?
A: Yes. All NeatVibeCo products are thoroughly inspected for quality control. If any item arrives defective or malfunctions due to manufacturing flaws within 30 days of arrival, please contact us for a free replacement.

A: To eliminate middleman markups, reduce carbon emissions, and avoid excess warehousing fees, we ship directly from our trusted premium manufacturing partners and global distribution networks under our parental corporate logistics hub: BESKITS CLEANING PRODUCTS LIMITED.

Q: How long will it take for my package to arrive?
A: Our estimated delivery timeframes (excluding 2-4 business days of processing time) are:
- United States: 10 to 15 Business Days
- Canada / United Kingdom / Australia: 11 to 16 Business Days
- Rest of the World: 15 to 20 Business Days

Q: How do I track my shipment?
A: Once your package has officially shipped, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and direct tracking links. Please note that it may take 1 to 3 business days for carriers to update tracking statuses online.

Q: Will I be charged customs, duties, or import taxes?
A: For international shipments, orders are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). While customs duties are highly uncommon for small, lightweight household cleaning and garden tools, any import fees or local tariffs imposed by your country’s customs authority are the sole responsibility of the customer.

A: Successful transactions on our store will typically be displayed on your bank or credit card statement under the descriptor: "SP * NEATVIBECO" or "BESKITS CLEANING".

4. RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We proudly offer a 30-Day Return Window. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request an eligible return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories. Please contact support@neatvibeco.com to initiate the process.

Q: What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
A: We treat transit damage seriously. If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damage and email them to support@neatvibeco.com within 72 hours of delivery. Once verified by our aftermarket care team, we will ship out an identical replacement entirely free of charge.

Q: Where should I send my return package?
A: Please do not ship returns back to the administrative office address in Hong Kong or the address printed on the original shipping label. Once your return request is approved, our support team will provide you with a specific Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the corresponding international returns warehouse address.
